Lucy Baker

Lucy Baker is a Climate Resilience Specialist at Adaptation International. Her work is grounded in a lifelong relationship with the Great Lakes and brings together a background in freshwater ecology, environmental education, and community engagement, with a focus on how education and storytelling can support resilient communities.

At Adaptation International, Lucy coordinates and supports projects spanning climate risk assessment, community engagement, and resilience strategy development. She holds a Master of Science in Environment and Sustainability and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies, both from the University of Michigan. She is based in San Diego, CA.
