Her research focuses on public budgeting, finance, and financial management with special emphasis on the role of stakeholders in government decisions. She works with SCIPP to conduct social, financial, and economic impacts analysis related to severe weather events and climate change. Her current research project explores how to improve governance and collaborative capacity to identify fiscal strategies for climate adaptation in communities.
